How does the pumpkin porch service work?

Choose a package and reserve your install week. We source the pumpkins, deliver them, and style your porch, then take it all away at season's end.

How do I reserve, and how does payment work?

Pick a package, confirm your service area, and choose an install week. You pay in full at checkout, which locks your slot. No deposit, no balance later.

How far in advance should I reserve?

Install weeks fill through late summer. Reserving late August, or by early September, gives you the widest choice of dates.

When should I schedule my install?

Full-sun porches look best with a later install week; shaded or covered porches can go early. Tell us about your entry and we'll recommend the right week.

Do I need to be home for the install?

No. Just tell us where you'd like the display, and you'll come home to a finished porch, plus a photo when it's done.

Do you remove everything at the end of the season?

Yes. Post-season pickup is included with The Harvest, The Heirloom, and The Estate, and available as an add-on with every other package.

Can I customize my display or add extras?

Yes. Add hay bales, cornstalks, mums, heirloom statement pumpkins, extra pumpkins, or post-season pickup to any package. Something specific in mind? Just ask.

What areas do you serve?

North County San Diego: Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Bonsall, San Marcos, and Fallbrook. Encinitas includes a $25 delivery fee. Not sure we reach you? Check your address when you reserve.

How long do pumpkins last on a Southern California porch?

Uncarved pumpkins in shade typically hold six to ten weeks here. Full afternoon sun shortens that, which is why we stage and place them carefully.

What happens if a pumpkin spoils?

Any uncarved pumpkin that spoils within fourteen days is replaced free under the Fresh Porch Guarantee. Send us a photo and we'll bring a new one.

Are the pumpkins grown on your ranch?

Not this season. We hand-select every pumpkin from California growers, then bring them home to clean, cure, and shade-stage each one before we style it on your porch. Growing our own is part of the ranch's next chapter, and we'll always tell you honestly where they come from.

Will animals bother the pumpkins?

Occasionally a curious squirrel or rabbit. We treat every display with a pet-friendly cayenne and apple cider vinegar deterrent at install, and refresh it if critters persist.
