Two ways to bring your tree home

Delivery and setup only — we don't decorate. That part is yours.

Delivery & Setup

We bring a fresh, hand-selected tree to your door and stand it in your stand, watered and ready to decorate. You make the memories.

Option two

Ranch Pickup & Photos

Visit Tradewinds Ranch, choose your tree from our staged grove, enjoy our holiday photo backdrop and a professional family photo, and take your tree home. An experience, not just a purchase.

How it will work

Reserve when the list opens

We'll email the list first, with dates and sizes, before anything goes public.

Choose delivery or a ranch visit

Have your tree delivered and stood up at home, or come pick yours out with the family.

Enjoy your tree

Decorate it your way. Add January haul-away and recycling and we'll take it from there.

No lot hunting, no roof straps, no needles in the car.

Farm-fresh trees, a real ranch, and a warm welcome when you come out to see it. Christmas is the second season we're building here, and it's built the same way as the first.

Everyone who reserved a porch this fall, and everyone on the Ranch List, gets first access to Christmas reservations and the best delivery dates before the public opening.

When do reservations open?

We'll announce one opening day in advance. The list hears first, with a private window before the public opening.

What tree sizes will you offer?

A range suited to North County homes, from tabletop trees to tall entry trees. Exact sizes are confirmed closer to the season.

Do you deliver to my area?

We plan to serve the same North County footprint as our pumpkin porches: Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Bonsall, San Marcos, and Fallbrook. Encinitas includes a $25 delivery fee.

Do you decorate the tree?

No. We deliver and set it up, you make it yours.
